It always amazes me that just a few miles outside of the D.C. Beltway lies Great Falls on the Potomac River.  It is an area I like to visit frequently, both for hiking the trails and for seeing the falls.  On this day, the water level was pretty low, so I shot a triptych across the falls in black and white, which I think emphasizes the rocks in the low water.
